Bay Balancing Company balances all types of HVAC systems and are well educated with most hydronic, DDC and pnuematic systems. Our job reports provide all of the fan data; air, water and temperature test results, and equipment changes / modifications. Our state of the art equipment is calibrated regularly and our staff is courteous and professional.

The supervising engineer for Bay Balancing Company is Louis N. Drake, III. Mr. Drake has been a Registered Professional Engineer of the state of South Carolina for more than thirty years. He is a charter member of the Charleston Chapter of ASHRAE.

We are currently members of ASHRAE and are working on establishing membership with the NEBB.

Bay Balancing Company serves North and South Carolina but are willing to travel as required.
